It comes from the Spanish Levant and Andalusia. It has a very clear amber colour with yellow and straw reflections. Its floral aroma has an intense and persistent citrus component, it is sweet with a notable acidity that tempers its sweetness, making it light and pleasant. It goes very well with mild infusions, fromage frais, pastries, ice cream, poultry and fruits such as oranges, strawberries and raspberries.
