Thyme grows in the central mountains of Spain. Clear amber in colour with a strong and and persistent floral aroma. Sweet on the palate with clear acidic and sometimes salty salty notes. It can also be used to stimulate digestion. This honey goes well with Strong infusions, cured cheeses, braised and roasted meats.
